Once your booking is confirmed, please provide the names and ages ofstaying guests.
All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in. The main booker is required to submit their ID prior to arrival for access card registration.

???? Important Check-in Notice (Same-Day Last-Minute Bookings)
For same-day or last-minute bookings, as well as reservations made on weekends or outside regular office hours, the Admin Office may be unavailable to immediately process key card activation.

In such cases, temporary access will be issued by the Security Office, and full activation will be completed on the next working day by the Admin Office. By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this adjusted check-in process.

One (1) access card is provided per booking and registered under the main guest. Guests are advised to coordinate entry with the main booker to avoid inconvenience.

???? Cleaning Policy
A one-time cleaning is included before check-out. For extended stays, additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request and are subject to extra fees.
