A convenience fee of PHP 300 will be applied for late check-in between 5 PM and onward because our Property Administrator is not living on site. Kindly arrange the fee upon check-in.

Being an apartment vacation home, kindly note that housekeeping service with bed linens laundry is necessary every 3 days for a fee of PHP 600.00.

The swimming Pool is closed every Monday.

The morning and the afternoon Grand Wave Pool shall be closed from August 1 to September 2, 2024, due to annual maintenance.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
