• Southwing area is exclusive for southwing checked-in guest only. Day use waterpark guests are
not allowed.
• Maximum of 2 excess persons allowed per room with charge upon check-in or arrival not
including the bed and breakfast.
• Visitors are only allowed to stay for 20 minutes and required to surrender 1 valid ID each upon
entering the facility. In excess to the allowable time, corresponding charges will apply.
•our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking inside the room will be charge 1,000 pesos.
• 1,000 pesos incidental cash deposit each room is required upon check-in, to be refunded upon
check-out if there’s no damage in the room.
